At Lux Training, we believe that hybrid training is the fitness style of the future. Merging different training modalities to build a fully athletic & functional body. We blend full-body strength, power & stability training with cardio & Pilates to create a hybrid practice designed to help you become the fittest, strongest, most injury-resistant version of yourself. We don’t believe you can achieve this by doing just one type of training. We help you reduce niggles in the body by strengthening it holistically and getting ridiculously fit at the same time!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Designed to build functionally stronger & fitter bodies that are more adept & capable in our day-to-day movement patterns & activities. We combine strength-based & cardiovascular interval training to build lean, athletic muscle in the body & strong core foundations so that we can keep progressing & achieving our incredible potential.

CIRCUITS

Strength circuits & metabolic conditioning sessions designed to build serious athleticism. We use non-traditional training techniques to build functional power-houses!

PERFORMANCE PILATES 

The aim is to build a rock-solid core, glutes & back area which will support all of your dynamic movement such as running, strength training & every-day tasks. Building unshakeable foundations gives you the ability to stabilise your body & generate a huge power output; so that you are capable of so much more in your life.

LUX MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Unlimited access to an innovative and hybrid online training practice which includes strength, conditioning and mat-based Pilates workouts as well as stretch and mobility sessions to help support your recovery. Workouts focus on full-body training and core strengthening. Option to incorporate weights or keep to bodyweight training.
